All sales are final, unless specified in accordance with the Warranty, after which the product may be eligible for an exchange.

Returns & exchanges

Returns/ Exchanges are valid only if the items were purchased directly from our site, and were purchased as new.

Returns will be issued at the discretion of Low Low Boys Inc.

Returns may require the original product to be shipped back to Low Low Boys.

Damaged goods

Items that were not received in damaged condition may be exempt from returns due to the following.

• Lack of maintenance, improper use or abuse

• Component failure or premature wear as a result of crash damage

• Normal wear and tear of the product

• Problems resulting from water intake (Water Damage)
